Corn, Tomato & Feta Salad

This is a super simple salad. When corn is fresh it is usually flavorful and juicy enough to eat it raw. If it's out of season thawed frozen corn works, as long as you can also find decent tomatoes. Cherry tomatoes usually work year around in a pinch.
You can leave out the feta if you don't like it.
Ingredients:
4-5 ears of fresh corn
2-3 ripe tomatoes
1/2 cup mint (or basil if you prefer)
1/2 cup feta (more to taste)
A glug or two of olive oil
Juice from 1/2 of a lime
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cut the corn off the cob, directly into a large bowl.
Dice the tomatoes and mint and add it to the bowl.
Add the feta, and then glug the olive oil and lime juice over the whole thing. Stir it all together gently.
Feta can be salty, so try a bite and then add the salt and pepper to taste. Add more lime juice too if you think it needs it.
